Green Tea Has Many Useful Effects in Everyday Life

If you like to drink a cup of green tea at least two to three times a week, it will eventually clear your skin, and contribute to have a more beautiful face. Not only does it perform phenomenally from the inside by cleansing the body, but green tea also cleanses and rejuvenates the skin and the surface. Green tea originates from China, it is known for its antioxidant effect and is having a substantial impact on revitalization. Useful effects of this magical tea were also observed, and when it comes to skin and hair care, we are presenting you with recipes for hair, face and body care that you can quickly and easily make yourself.

DIY Cosmetic for Your Skin

Fast treatment. Want to refresh your face? To look relaxing in a moment? Try regular green tea. Get one bag of green tea and sprinkle it under a hot water jet, and then rub your face with a bag of tea. Shake at least two minutes or until the bag cools down.

Facial Cleanser. If you regularly clean your face in the morning and in the evening, join your milk for cleaning green tea – for a restful and clean face. Beat the bag of green tea under the hot water, open it and sprinkle the contents into the bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of milk to clean the face and mix. Use the mixture to the skin and leave for 5 minutes. Just wash with lukewarm water.

Hydrating mask. This is a particularly suitable mask for those who have dry skin. Mix 1 cup (200 ml) of freshly cooked green tea, 1 teaspoon of petrolatum and 1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil (buy capsules in the pharmacy and sprinkle the contents) and extra virgin olive oil. Mix well the ingredients (you can add a little bit of petroleum jelly) – you should get a smooth mixture. Apply a mix on your face and let it work for half an hour. Wash it from the face and dry it with a clean towel. You can repeat treatment twice a week.

Anti-aging mask. It is necessary first to dry green leaves of green tea into powder. Mix the powder with 1 yolk and 1 tbsp of wheat white flour. Use the mixture to the face and leave for 15 minutes. Wash with cold water and dry with a towel. Do not apply any cosmetic products at least for the next hour.

Refresh the face. To remove dirt from the face of this mask, you need 2 tablespoons of pink clay (can be found in biofuels), 1 spoon of oatmeal, 1 spoon of aloe vera juice and 1 cup (200 ml) of freshly baked green tea. Mix all the ingredients, apply the mixture on the face and leave for half an hour. Wash it with cold water.

DIY Cosmetic for Your Hair

Hair Mask. If you want smooth and shiny hair, remove the contents from two green tea bags into three cups of water. Leave to cool and after washing your hair rinse with this mixture.

Anti Dandruff. In one cup of water add two teaspoons of green tea, one lemon juice, and four spoons of coconut oil. Boil the mixture in the microwave and allow it to cool completely. Apply on the scalp and massage with your fingers. Let it run for 45 minutes, then rinse.

For Hair Growth. Pour two tablespoons of green tea mixture into one egg. Apply on the skin of the head and leave for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, but with more lukewarm water.

Body pilling. Add 1 cup of sugar in a cup of green tea. Then, 1/2 cup of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of honey. Stir well and then rub into the body especially elbows, heels, and knees.

Shower gel. Add 3 teaspoons of green tea, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 tbsp coconut oil and a couple drops of lemon’s essential oil in the shower gel. Stir gel each time before use. Lightly rub it into the skin.

Relaxing bath. Fill the tub with warm water and insert 10 packs of green tea, wait 10 minutes for the tea to dissolve. Get in the tub and enjoy this bath for at least 20 minutes.
