Perfect shape with a perfect hairstyle

If you think that gym and neat hair don’ t go together, think twice. Reading these article, you will find out; the experts give you tips on how to preserve your hairstyle during exercise. You do not have to sacrifice training due to hair because this is how you should take care of your style during and after work out.

Wise tips & tricks

Avoid Ponytail. We all love ponytails. They’re chic and perfect just as well as for a bar as they are at the gym. The bad news is that continually wearing your hair in a high, tight pony can result in hair damage. The ribbon ties are much better solutions. To prevent hair breakage, change your hairstyle everytime- you have variations- low pony, high pony, braids—so you’re not stressing the same section every time you work out.

Choose Workout  Headbands. Stretchy and breathable headbands made from moisture- wicking fabric will keep your head and hair cool and dry. Handbands are the best hair accessories to power through your workout without a single hair in your face.

Bobby Pins are very useful. To secure any loose hair pieces that come out during a workout you can use bobby pins to keep the hair around the face from interfering with your exercise. . A bobby pin is tightly clasped with a set of grooves against one side, and the tighter pins are useful for securing sleek updos.

Keep Your Hands Off Your Hair. Touching your hair with your hands and continuously fixing hairstyle during a workout actually stimulates oil production, so avoid playing with it or using styles that allow too much of touching your face.  The best trick is to keep your hair pulled up or clipped back.

Avoid Sticky Silicones. Silicone-based hair products will weigh the hair down, making it limp, lifeless. It prevents moisture from penetrating the hair shaft and becomes like a magnet for dirt and other ingredients.

Cooldown Your Hair. Push the cold setting on your hairdryer and let your strands cool down before you take your hair out of a ponytail. Merely run cool air over your hair for three minutes until you’ve removed any moisture and then release your hair.

Protect Hair from Sun Rays. If you’re working out under the sun’s rays it’ s essential to keep your hair conditioned, so spritzed on the hair before exercising outdoors with some hydrating oils or UV spray.

Embrace Your Sweat. The sodium in sweat is nature’s sea salt, so when you’re done exercising, you take your hair down and spread the moisture with your hands for a tremendous beach-wave look. If you need fast and straightforward hairstyle, keep an emergency hair kit in your workout bags such as bobby pins, a travel dryer, and hairspray.

Always be prep With a Dry Shampoo. Dry shampoos, a powder formula you can spray or dab on your hair are excellent solutions for post-workout routine. After a workout, get your fingers through your hair and over your scalp to disperse the powder, which has now grabbed into any moisture in the hair. If you don’t have dry shampoo handy, you can replace it with some regular talc powder.

You don’t have to shampoo every day. If you’re doing heavy cardio daily, you should wash your hair two to three times a week, and only rinsing your scalp in between shampoos will help clean it, use conditioner but not shampoo.

Simple natural things that will preserve your hair after a gym:

– Wash it with warm water every other day

-Give your hair a proper application of tea tree oil to keep bacteria and fungus at bay, mix it with coconut oil and apply it

-Peppermint oil will also refresh your hair,  mix a few drops of the oil with aloe vera juice and water and  apply

-Stay hydrated. At least two liters of liquid every day is mandatory.

Lack of hydration is the first cause of a dry scalp
