Salt does not affect every organism equally, but most people consume it in excessive amounts. Reducing sodium in your diet is a good idea for many reasons, and everyone is attached to the food.
Consumption of high saturated foods exacerbates inflammatory conditions in arthritis, especially in fatty tissue. Inflammation in fatty tissue indicates possible heart disease. The most saturated sources of saturated fat are full-fat dairy products, red meat, and fried and processed foods.
Omega-6 fatty acids
Since too many omega-6 fatty acids activate inflammatory chemicals released in your body, try to achieve a better ratio of omega-6 and omega-3 by switching to olive oil and adding seeds such as flax and pumpkin to your diet.
