  • 2½ tablespoons of turmeric;
  • Thumb- sized ginger root;
  • 250g of onion;
  • 350g of natural sweetener (honey, stevia, maple syrup, xylitol.);
  • 1 liter of water.

Preparation and use:

First of all, add the sweetener in the water and heat it until it boils. After that, chop the onions and the ginger and add them to the mixture as well. Boil them once more, and then add the turmeric and lower the heat to medium.

You need to heat until you have only a half of the mixture that is left previously. Then, strain the mixture and transfer it to a glass container. Leave it to cool to room temperature and store it in the fridge.

Two times a day, take this remedy, meaning one tablespoon in the morning and one in the evening, just a few hours after the last meal.

This drink can be a perfect start for those people who would like to quit smoking and it is in fact even more beneficial for ex – smokers too. After consuming it, you will for sure start breathing easily.
