It is easy to laze around in your pajamas all day when you are feeling low, but this may actually keep you in a groggy state of mind. Taking a shower can actually be very energizing and therapeutic. When you are in the shower, you can take a moment in order to visualize the soap washing away any negative or stuck energy and then as you rinse your body, you can imagine a beautiful golden white light of protection which covers you.

7. Have you said something nice or maybe done something for some other person this week?

One of the best ways you can use in order to boost your mood is to do something nice for some other person. Even just a simple act of opening the door for a stranger or sending a bunch of flowers to a close friend can help you in lifting your energy.

Spending some time outside in the quiet nature can be extremely healing. If you have not been out in nature in the last 3 or 4 days, you should consider planning a hike, a walk, or even a picnic to somewhere green, or even sandy place.

14. Have you addressed or dealt with any nagging thoughts or feelings?

What can weigh you down and causes you feel irritable is having something on your chests or some repetitive thoughts. When there is something which causes you trouble, you should give yourself a permission to address it. Perhaps, you will have to write a letter or even confront someone in your life.
