If you are completely familiar with chakras, you probably know what their importance is to our balance and energy.

And just as we have chakras, so does the Earth as well. Just as there are energy lines throughout our body, there are also throughout the Earth – only Gala’s energy lines are called ley lines and they also carry energy charges.

The Ley lines, which are also known as dream lines, actually carry energy between the vibrational points at which they are intersecting, and if it happens, those intersections are usually the location of some of the most sacred sites in the world, which include Angkor Wat, the Pyramids, Machu Picchu, as well as Stonehenge.

While there are not a lot of cultures today that celebrate ley lines, it is very obvious that many of the great ancient civilizations did. Chinese cultures actually have historically referred to them as dragon lines, and the Aborigines of Australia knew them as dream lines. Anywhere else in the world, they are known as spirit lines or ley lines.

And it is actually in these intersections where those energies come together, that we find the chakras of mother Earth.

1. Root chakra – Mount Shasta, California, USA

A lot of Native American tribes have recognized the Mt Shasta, in northern Carolina as a spiritual center, and this actually makes sense as it is the root chakra.

2. Sacral chakra – Lake Titicaca, Peru – Bolivia, South America

Particularly, the sacral chakra has its center at the Titicaca Stone and that energy usually extends to Machu Picchu. Another thing which is also important about this is that the two ley lines which intersect at Lake Titicaca are also known as the great dragon lines, which include the male great dragon line that also connects to Mt Shasta.

3. Solar plexus chakra – Uluru – Kata Tjuta, Northern Territory, Australia

The female dragon line actually connects the Lake Titicaca to Uluru, which nowadays is still celebrated as sacred by the Native Aboriginal tribes.

4. Heart chakra – Stonehenge, England

The same female dragon line from previously also connects to Stonehenge, which actually sits atop the heart chakra of the earth.

5. Throat chakra – The Great Pyramid, Jerusalem, Mt Sinai and Mt Olives (Middle East)

The throat chakra is actually one of the only chakras which are not connected to either great dragon line, but it is yet an area of tremendous energy, which actually helps in explaining why it has been at the center of so much human history.

6. Third eye chakra – Varied locations

Unlike the chakras from before, the third eye chakra actually moves as a result of astrological ages. As now we are in the Age of Aquarius, it is actually located near Stonehenge. When we will enter the Age of Capricorn, the third eye chakra will move to Brazil.

7. Crown chakra – Mt Kailash (Himalayan Mountains) Tibet

The last chakra from the list, which is known as the crown chakra, is fittingly located at one of the highest peaks in the world, which is known as Mt Kailas, which is in the Himalayan Mountains. A lot of locals celebrate the coming each year of the Scorpio Full Moon, connected to the idea of the Scorpio Full Moon which occurs in April and May each year.

Also, there are some other high points of spiritual energy around the world on other ley lines, in addition to the before mentioned 7 chakras, including:

  • Angkor Wat, Cambodia;
  • Bali, Indonesia;
  • Bermuda Triangle;
  • Calgary, Canada;
  • Capetown, South Africa;
  • Devil’s Sea Triangle, Japan;
  • Easter Island;
  • Findhorn, Scotland;
  • Gabon, West Africa;
  • Karachi, Pakistan;
  • Kiev, Ukraine;
  • Maui, Hawaii;
  • Mount Fuji, Japan;
  • Sarawak, Borneo;
  • Sedona, Arizona;
  • Lake Taupo, New Zealand.
